Van Mo Safaris is seeking a qualified and experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee workshop operations, supervise mechanics and drivers, and ensure safari vehicles are properly maintained and reliable for field operations.

Job Description and Requirements

Applicants should have:

Comprehensive mechanical expertise in diagnosing, maintaining and troubleshooting Toyota 1HZ engines. Strong knowledge of 4×4 safari vehicles, diesel systems, vehicle electronics, transmissions, suspensions and braking systems. Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise and train workshop mechanics and drivers effectively. A valid driving licence. Flexibility to work non-standard hours when required.
