Jubilee Life Insurance is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the position of Unit Manager in the Northern Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and close sales, including group onboarding and activation.
- Service existing clients and support policy renewals and retention.
- Recruit, train, coach, and ensure productivity of Sales Agents within the unit.
- Ensure accurate KYC and customer documentation, and maintain disciplined weekly reporting to the Agency Manager.
- Monitor team performance and drive achievement of weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Diploma and/or Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
- Experience in Field Sales, Agency, Insurance, Banking, or Microfinance is an added advantage.
- Possession of a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and drive sales teams in a target-driven environment.
- High level of integrity, discipline, accountability, and customer focus.
Remuneration
Salary-based, with performance incentives.
