Field sales role focused on route execution, trade channel coverage, order handling, collections, customer relationship management, and market intelligence.

Route Sales Execution: Execute daily route plans to service existing retail/wholesale accounts and actively map out new territory opportunities across the region.

FMCG Distribution & Target Achievement: Drive volume sales of maize flour and animal feed products, meet or exceed monthly sales targets, and maximize product availability across trade channels.

Customer & Retailer Relationship Management: Build strong working relationships with shopkeepers, wholesalers, and distributors; ensure brand presence and merchandising standard compliance.

Order Processing & Cash Reconciliation: Collect customer orders, ensure accurate sales invoicing, enforce credit terms, and handle prompt daily sales collections/reconciliations.

Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback on competitor pricing, market trends, and product performance, reporting insights directly to the Sales Manager.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a relevant discipline.

Experience: Proven experience in Route Sales and Field Distribution within Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).

Capabilities: Valid driving license (Motorcycle/Class C driver’s license preferred); strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; energetic and comfortable with active field sales and outdoor route work.
