Short-term sales role to promote and sell products, manage collections and credit, support retail availability, and handle customer relations in Dar es Salaam or Arusha.
The Sales Representative connects with distributors and consumers to generate sales for secondary markets, including wholesalers and retail traders, cold calls leads, handles debt collection, and manages credit.
Actively promote and sell products to meet monthly sales and collection targets.
Ensure product availability across targeted retail outlets in assigned territories.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, merchandising, including POS materials, and after-sales support.
Plan and participate in sales meetings, trade activities, and brand strategy implementations.
Maintain customer contact lists and accurate documentation.
Secondary School Education minimum.
A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Pharmacy is an added advantage.
3-4 years of FMCG or pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 1 year in the advertised sales territory.
Applicants must be residents of Dar es Salaam or Arusha, depending on the advertised duty station.
Experience in the reproductive health sector is preferred.
Experience using CMS/SFA tools is preferred.
Must be able to ride a motorcycle.
Must possess a valid motorcycle riding license.
Must be willing to operate a motorcycle with a rear cargo box.
