Sales Officer Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with international clients in the building materials sector.

Promoting ceramic tiles, sanitary ware and related products.

Providing customers with quotations, product samples and technical information.

Responding to customer inquiries and following up on sales leads.

Negotiating prices and commercial terms with clients.

Closing sales opportunities and supporting revenue growth.

Gathering market intelligence and monitoring competitors.

Reporting market trends and customer feedback to management.

Participating in online promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

Attending trade exhibitions and client meetings.

Achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should have:

Proven sales experience, preferably in building materials, ceramics, construction or home improvement.

Fluency in spoken and written English.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer relationship-building abilities.
