About the Sales Manager - Camps Position
The Sales Manager - Camps will play an important role in growing Serena Hotels' commercial performance within Tanzania's competitive safari and luxury tourism market.
The position focuses on developing strong relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), corporate clients, and international travel planners.
The successful candidate will combine sales expertise with knowledge of the tourism industry to identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing accounts, negotiate contracts, and increase revenue across Serena's safari camp portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy and Revenue Generation
The Sales Manager will:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Serena's luxury safari camps.
Identify opportunities to increase occupancy and revenue.
Develop new business opportunities within local and international markets.
Set and work toward sales and revenue targets.
Monitor commercial performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
2. Client Relationship and Account Management
