Full-time Portfolio and Commercial Manager role supporting Consumer Business Unit programmes, stakeholder coordination, governance compliance, reporting, and commercial execution.

The Portfolio and Commercial Manager will support the Commercial Governance and Programme Management team in delivering all Consumer Business Unit (CBU) programmes.

The role focuses on coordinating stakeholders, managing project delivery against agreed business case targets, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting commercial execution, managing product budgets, and ensuring compliance with established governance processes.

Work with various stakeholders to ensure projects launch on schedule and deliver against KPI targets established in business cases.

Ensure the application of best practices and alignment with defined governance processes.

Escalate issues promptly when project targets are not being achieved.

Track project issues and coordinate appropriate resolution measures.

Identify solutions to achieve revised delivery targets where necessary.

Support project prioritization based on available resources and business strategy.

Ensure timely communication and reporting to the Consumer Business Unit and other relevant departments.

Coordinate Consumer Business Unit strategy planning and delivery across stakeholders.

Support product budget management and commercial execution excellence.

Coordinate the full product lifecycle, from ideation through implementation and closure.

Maintain project documentation and facilitate stakeholder coordination.

Prepare strategic reports and communicate project progress across business units.

Drive execution excellence and ensure projects meet agreed commercial objectives.

Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

Knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.

Proven experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

Understanding of project management principles, governance processes, and frameworks from a commercial perspective.

Competence in project planning, progress tracking, and resolving project issues.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities and support successful project completion.

At least 2 years of project management work experience.

Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to closure.

Experience in project documentation and stakeholder coordination.

Experience in strategic reporting and communication across business units.

Demonstrated ability to support project delivery and commercial execution.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Excellent reporting and presentation skills.

Ability to coordinate stakeholders and monitor project performance.

Competence in project planning, tracking, and issue resolution.

Understanding of commercial governance and performance management.

Project delivery: Number of projects achieved against the number planned, considering return on investment (ROI), costs, planned budgets, delivery timelines, and time to market.

Project documentation: Timely, updated, and accurate project documentation, including project plans and project performance dashboards.

Governance compliance: 100% alignment with Consumer Business Unit governance processes.
