About the opportunity
• Supervise and coordinate pollination and emasculation activities within assigned production areas. • Ensure pollination activities are completed efficiently and meet required quality standards. • Guide and coordinate assigned teams in daily production activities. • Allocate workforce effectively and ensure productivity, teamwork, and adherence to work standards. • Monitor crop and pollination activities and report quality or production concerns to management.
What you’ll need
- Applicants should possess:
- Diploma in Horticulture, Agronomy, Crop Production, Plant Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in seed production, pollination, emasculation, horticulture, greenhouse production, crop production, or a related agricultural environment.
- Good understanding of agricultural production practices, crop management, pollination activities, and quality requirements in controlled production environments.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate teams, organize daily activities, allocate work, and maintain productivity standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
