Tembo Mining and Resources Ltd (TMRL) is a mineral processing company operating the Ilongo Copper Processing Facility in Mkalama District, Singida Region.
The company specializes in hydrometallurgical leaching processes, chloride-based metal extraction, and sustainable mineral production. To support plant operations, expansion, and administrative functions, TMRL is seeking qualified professionals for various technical, operational, administrative, and management positions.
Work Environment
The Ilongo Copper Processing Facility is located in a remote rural and semi-arid area. Applicants should be prepared to live and work effectively in a mining and industrial processing environment.

11. SHEQ Officer – 1 Position
Responsibilities
- Implement Safety, Health, Environment & Quality systems.
- Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and safety training.
- Manage environmental compliance and incident investigations.
Qualifications
- Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or Engineering.
- OSHA/NEBOSH certification preferred.
- 4–6 years’ SHEQ experience in mining or chemical plants.
