About the opportunity

• The Packaging Operator will safely operate, monitor, and maintain designated packaging equipment and related processes to achieve required standards in safety, quality, productivity, and equipment reliability. The role also involves process control, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and autonomous equipment operations in line with AB InBev’s manufacturing standards.

What you’ll need

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing or packaging is an advantage.
• Experience operating production or packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to automated manufacturing systems and continuous improvement practices is beneficial.
• Understanding of VPO principles and methodologies.
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
