About the opportunity
• Support the team to achieve monthly sales targets, acquire new customers, and facilitate loan processing while maintaining low rejection rates. • Ensure all branch requests are handled within 24 hours and that daily sales activities run smoothly. • Follow up with sales agents, motivate them, monitor their performance, and ensure they meet their assigned targets. • Track marketing plans and branch activation activities to ensure they are implemented correctly and on time. • Prepare accurate sales and performance reports and submit them within the required timelines, together with clear recommendations.
What you’ll need
- Diploma in Business-related field, Administration, or Sales and Marketing
- Minimum Experience
- 1 year in Sales or Customer Service
