About the opportunity
• The Attendant Front End will be responsible for ensuring good performance, safety, and housekeeping within the Front-End section of the sugar manufacturing plant. • The Front-End section involves the cane preparation unit and juice extraction unit. The role is responsible for ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) remain within the required operating range through process monitoring, troubleshooting, defect correction, and supporting maintenance during breakdown repairs and off-crop periods. • Business and Financial Accountabilities • Ensure and monitor the condition and reliability of machinery within the Front-End section. • Customer and Stakeholder Accountabilities
What you’ll need
- Applicants should have:
- Ordinary Level of secondary education or above.
- Certificate in Fitter Mechanics from a recognised institution.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the sugar industry.
- Terms of Service
- The successful candidate will be engaged on a Permanent Contract.
