About the opportunity
• The Maintenance Worker – Plumbing will be responsible for carrying out plumbing maintenance, installation, inspection, and repair works on water supply systems, drainage systems, sanitary fittings, irrigation infrastructure, and related plumbing facilities within the Estate. • The role will ensure that plumbing systems operate safely and efficiently and that all work is completed according to approved standards and specifications. • Specific Duties and Responsibilities • Carry out plumbing maintenance and repairs on water reticulation systems, pipelines, valves, pumps, tanks, sanitary fittings, and related infrastructure. • Install, replace, and maintain plumbing fixtures, including taps, toilets, sinks, water heaters, and drainage systems.
What you’ll need
- Applicants should have:
- Trade Test Grade II or Level II in Plumbing.
- Form Four Secondary Certificate.
- 1–2 years of experience in plumbing maintenance or a related environment.
- Knowledge of water supply systems, drainage systems, pipe fitting, leak detection, and plumbing repairs.
- Experience in welding, irrigation systems, and pump maintenance will be an added advantage.
