About the opportunity
• The Assistant Pollination Manager will coordinate and supervise pollination and emasculation activities to ensure high seed quality, genetic purity and production efficiency. • The role will also involve managing teams, coordinating crop activities and resources, maintaining accurate production records, ensuring compliance with company protocols, and supporting continuous improvement of greenhouse and seed production operations.
What you’ll need
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture or a related field.
- Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:
- Pollination operations
- Greenhouse production
