About the opportunity
• The Digital Marketing and Creative Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing the bank’s digital marketing strategy while leading creative content production across customer touchpoints. • The role combines digital marketing expertise with hands-on creative direction to build brand awareness, promote product adoption, and support customer acquisition and retention while ensuring that all marketing activities comply with the regulatory requirements governing financial services.
What you’ll need
- Applicants should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience in creative/design roles, preferably within the financial or telecommunications industry.
- Previous experience in banking, financial services or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
- A proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and creative projects.
