About the opportunity

• Bravo Group is seeking an experienced, commercially minded and technology-driven Fleet Manager to lead fleet operations supporting one of its newly established dry ports. • The role will ensure vehicle availability, efficient utilization, cost control, safety and reliable delivery through effective fleet management and digital systems. • Scope of the Role • The role involves management of daily fleet deployment, drivers, dispatch, routing, fuel, maintenance, regulatory compliance and incident response for dry port operations, supported by performance reporting, telematics, automation and fleet analytics.

What you’ll need

• Expertise in Transport and Logistics, Fleet Management, Automotive or Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in fleet or transport management, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong experience managing commercial trucks and heavy vehicles.
• Experience in container transport, ports, ICD/CFS, dry ports, bulk terminals or logistics operations is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of fleet maintenance, fuel management, transport costing, driver management and road safety.
• Experience with GPS, telematics, fleet management systems, digital dispatch and fleet analytics will be a strong advantage.
