About the opportunity

• Bravo Group is seeking an experienced, technically competent and technology-driven Equipment Operations Manager to oversee heavy equipment operations across all Bravo Group dry ports and logistics terminals. • Scope of the Role • The role is responsible for the management of equipment deployment, operators, productivity, maintenance coordination, safety, asset records and operating costs across all dry ports and logistics terminals. This includes diesel and electric vehicle (EV) equipment, energy controls and digital performance monitoring.

What you’ll need

• Expertise in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, Port/Terminal Operations, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience managing heavy equipment or cargo-handling operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Practical experience with reach stackers, empty container handlers, heavy forklifts and other terminal equipment is highly desirable.
• Experience in ports, ICD/CFS, container terminals, dry ports, mining, bulk terminals or other heavy industrial operations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of equipment productivity, preventive maintenance, safety and operating-cost management.
• Knowledge or experience with electric heavy equipment, lithium battery systems and charging infrastructure will be a strong advantage.
