About the opportunity

• Bravo Group is seeking an experienced, commercially minded, and technology-driven Human Resources Manager to lead the people, culture, and HR operations for one of its newly established dry ports. • Scope of the Role • The role involves leadership of workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training, compensation coordination, and compliance for ICD, CFS, and Bulk Terminal operations, supported by digital HR systems and workforce analytics in a 24/7 operational environment.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
• Professional HR qualification or relevant certification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in a managerial or senior HR role.
• Experience in ports, ICD/CFS, logistics, transport, warehousing, manufacturing, bulk terminals, or other high-volume/24-hour operational environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labour laws, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Experience with HRIS, digital HR systems, automation, and workforce analytics will be a strong advantage.
