About the opportunity
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with structural and civil engineering standards. • Coordinate with the Project Manager, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. • Monitor project timelines, budget adherence, and resource allocation. • Resolve on-site technical issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions. • Implement and enforce safety protocols and risk mitigation strategies.
What you’ll need
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Must be registered with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) as a Professional Engineer with a valid practicing license.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in building construction, site supervision, and project execution.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software tools such as AutoCAD and project management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
