About the opportunity
• Conduct site measurements and valuations. • Manage tendering and procurement activities. • Monitor and control project costs. • Handle contract administration. • Prepare financial and progress reports.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Economics.
- Must be registered with the Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board (AQRB) as a Registered Quantity Surveyor.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of practical experience in cost estimation for complex building projects of a similar nature.
