About the opportunity
• The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for: • Training Loan Officers, dealers and promoters/agents on products, processes and systems. • Developing structured onboarding programmes and refresher training schedules. • Ensuring teams achieve full mastery of CRM and loan systems, including compliance and data quality requirements. • Identifying performance gaps and coaching teams to improve conversion and onboarding quality.
What you’ll need
- Experience training teams in fintech, telecoms, PAYGO, retail or device financing.
- Ability to facilitate training and communicate in English and Swahili.
- Experience with apps, digital tools and field sales processes.
- Availability for frequent field travel and coaching teams on the ground.
