• Project Management – 30% • Project manages the work of service providers such as architects, consultants, and contractors to achieve standards of performance; seeks and provides input to continually improve performance. • Project Analysis – 20% • Analyzes project information to continuously seek ways to meet standards of performance. • Support to Related Functions – 10%
What you’ll need
- The position requires:
- A BS or SA degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, or local equivalent education.
- At least three to five years of related construction field experience, such as construction management; or
- A minimum of three years of strong building construction background, such as experience as an owner of a firm, project manager, or superintendent.
- Proven leadership, business, management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate and deal with sensitivity and respect with ecclesiastical leaders.
