About the opportunity
• Prospect and close sales, including group onboarding and activation. • Service existing clients and support policy renewals and retention. • Recruit, train, coach, and ensure productivity of Sales Agents within the unit. • Ensure accurate KYC and customer documentation, and maintain disciplined weekly reporting to the Agency Manager. • Monitor team performance and drive achievement of weekly and monthly sales targets.
What you’ll need
- Diploma and/or Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
- Experience in Field Sales, Agency, Insurance, Banking, or Microfinance is an added advantage.
- Possession of a Certificate of Proficiency (COP) is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and drive sales teams in a target-driven environment.
