1. HR Manager
Job Description
Responsible for managing human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, staff development, employee records, and compliance with Tanzanian labour laws and company policies.
Experience: At least one year of working experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Relevant HR management experience.
- Good knowledge of Tanzanian employment and labour regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Swahili.
- Good computer skills.
- Chinese language skills are preferred.
