About the opportunity

• The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, efficient financial management and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth and sustainability. • KEY QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA (T), CIMA, or equivalent is an added advantage). • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience in a similar position (MANDATORY). • Strong knowledge and experience in tax clearance, statutory compliance (TRA, NSSF, WCF, etc.).

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA (T), CIMA, or equivalent is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience in a similar position (MANDATORY).
• Strong knowledge and experience in tax clearance, statutory compliance (TRA, NSSF, WCF, etc.).
• Proven experience in preparing financial statements and management reports.
• Excellent understanding of Tanzanian tax laws, accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
