What you’ll need

  • Tanzanian citizens aged 18–35; qualifications vary by role.
  • Provide certified academic/professional certificates, transcripts and birth certificate, NIDA copy and an up-to-date CV.
  • Two public-servant guarantors and an introduction letter from the relevant local authority are required.
  • Applicants must not have been employed by a public institution since graduation. The one-year programme offers work experience and does not guarantee employment.
