About the opportunity
• Plan and schedule trips in advance • Communicate and coordinate with drivers • Communicate with Customers and Agents • Assist in tracking truck movements and preparing reports • Maintain accurate trip and driver records
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Computer knowledge: Spreadsheets (Excel), email, and basic office tools
- Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping abilities
