About the opportunity
• The Relationship Officer will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing Biashara+ accounts and MSME customer relationships. The role will focus on business account acquisition, sales of MSME banking products, portfolio growth, customer retention, and achievement of assigned business targets. • Key Duties and Responsibilities • Acquire new MSME customers and grow the MSME portfolio. • Drive Current Account (CA) growth through Biashara+ business account acquisition. • Market and sell MSME banking products and services.
What you’ll need
- University degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
- Work Experience
- Fresh graduates are eligible to apply, or
- Candidates with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a banking environment.
- Personal Attributes
- Strong service ethic.
