• Identify, recruit, and retain clients for group loans and upcoming individual loan products. • Conduct loan assessments and appraisals while ensuring compliance with company lending policies. • Monitor loan performance, follow up with clients, and ensure timely repayment. • Provide financial guidance and support to clients while building trust and long-term relationships. • Promote Dream Big Microfinance Limited within the community to expand outreach and visibility.
What you’ll need
- Education level: Secondary education (CSEE) to Diploma.
- Must be a resident of Arusha and have strong familiarity with the city and its surrounding areas.
- Age: 25–40 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be honest and willing to provide contact details of a previous employer.
