About the opportunity
• The Direct Sales Agent will support the growth of Retail Banking liability products (deposits) at the branch level. This role focuses on driving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service through proactive outreach and activation.
What you’ll need
- Education: Minimum of Form Four (CSEE), Certificate, Diploma, or Degree.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior understanding or knowledge of banking products is required.
- Drive & Accountability: Highly sales-driven, results-oriented, and capable of taking individual accountability within a team context.
- Organization & Initiative: Exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and adept at prioritizing tasks with strong follow-up habits.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
