About the opportunity

What you’ll need
- Degree in law, business administration or a related field; knowledge of Tanzanian legal and labour processes.
- Coordinator: 3–5+ years of relevant experience, including at least two years leading complex investigations and experience supervising staff.
- Senior Supervisor: 1–2+ years of relevant experience and practical investigation, interviewing and evidence-gathering skills.
- Fluent English and Swahili; comfortable with office and case-management tools.
- Open to Tanzanian citizens or permanent residents.
