Full-time Medical Specialist II - Anaesthesiologist role at MOI involving emergency care, ward rounds, surgical support, research, teaching, and administrative duties.
Attend to emergency medical duties.
Conduct ward rounds.
Perform surgical duties.
Provide clinical services in both private and public outpatient clinics.
Conduct research in the respective medical field.
Participate fully in morning clinical sessions, patient presentations and journal clubs.
Teach and supervise medical doctors and students in clinical work and surgical procedures.
Participate in outreach programmes.
Participate in the preparation of the Medical Directorate’s budget.
Initiate, create and plan strategies to improve professional services.
Prepare continuing education programmes for medical personnel.
Provide medical advice or professional opinions in courts of law.
Perform administrative duties within the respective working area.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and MOI business processes.
Perform any other duties related to the position as assigned by the supervisor.
