I&M Bank is seeking a Manager: Fintech & Partnerships Operations to manage end-to-end operations for digital lending products. The role ensures accurate reconciliation, settlement, billing validation, and operational risk control across partner platforms.

Oversee daily transaction reconciliation and settlements.

Manage exceptions, investigations, and escalations.

Validate partner billing and resolve disputes.

Maintain operational controls, compliance, and audit readiness.

Lead reconciliation teams and drive process improvements.

Produce operational reports and dashboards.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, or a related field.

Experience: 5-7 years’ experience in banking operations, payments, or reconciliation, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of digital lending, mobile money, settlements, and core banking systems.

Skills: Strong analytical, risk management, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Advanced Excel; SQL is an added advantage.
