Investigator

Conduct investigations into security incidents, theft, fraud, misconduct, and other reported cases.

Collect, preserve, and analyse evidence relevant to investigations.

Interview complainants, witnesses, suspects, and other relevant persons.

Prepare clear, accurate, and confidential investigation reports.

Conduct background checks and due diligence where required.

Identify security risks, suspicious activities, and possible criminal conduct.

Liaise with management, clients, and relevant authorities when necessary.

Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive investigation information.

Follow up on investigation cases and provide recommendations based on findings.

Perform any other investigation-related duties assigned by management.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology, Security Management, Law, Criminal Justice, Intelligence, Forensic Studies, or a related field.

Two (2) to four (4) years of relevant experience in investigations, security, law enforcement, intelligence, or a related field.

Experience working in a security company will be an added advantage.

Strong interviewing, evidence-gathering, and analytical skills.

Excellent report-writing and communication skills.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Good knowledge of security procedures and investigation principles.

Computer literacy is required.
