Maintenance & Asset Protection: Implement preventive maintenance schedules, manage repair workflows, and ensure minimal vehicle downtime.

Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce occupational health and safety standards, vehicle inspection protocols, road traffic laws, and insurance policies.

Driver & Team Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate driver performance, monitoring driving behavior and safety records.

Fuel & Cost Optimization: Track fuel consumption, control operational costs, and manage vendor relationships for spare parts and vehicle maintenance.

GPS & Telematics Monitoring: Utilize vehicle tracking systems to optimize delivery routes, prevent unauthorized usage, and monitor driver behavior in real time.
