Finance Manager

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.

Experience: 3+ years of progressive professional experience in a similar role.

Location: Based in or willing to work in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Professional Certification: Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) registered with the relevant professional body.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial management or senior accounting roles.

Availability: Candidates must be ready to join immediately.

Financial Management & Strategy: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, accounting activities, financial control systems, and annual budgeting processes.

Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with IFRS and ensure full compliance with local statutory tax regulations (TRA) and audits.

Risk Management & Internal Controls: Maintain robust internal financial controls, manage corporate banking, cash flow, payroll, and conduct variance analyses for executive management.
