The opportunity is suitable for experienced drivers with strong knowledge of vehicle operations, road safety, vehicle maintenance, and transportation of staff, products, and materials.

Goodwill (Tanzania) Ceramics Co., Ltd is a tile manufacturing company based in Mkuranga, Tanzania. Established in 2015, the company has invested significantly in ceramic tile production and continues to expand its operations and workforce.

Position: Excavator Driver

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Transporting company staff, products, and raw materials safely.

Cleaning assigned vehicles before and after daily use.

Maintaining accurate records of vehicle usage and ensuring proper vehicle care.

Regularly inspecting vehicles and checking relevant documentation.

Following company safety procedures, traffic regulations, and operational guidelines.

Performing other driving-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

At least 3 years of driving experience.

Possess a valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated.

LATRA licence is preferred where applicable.

Good knowledge of roads and shops within Dar es Salaam.

Ability to comply with company rules and regulations.

Willingness to undertake irregular and long-term business trips.

Responsible, disciplined, reliable, and safety-conscious.
