POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Driver Coordinator to join our transport company. The role requires someone who is responsible, well-organized, trustworthy, with strong planning and coordination skills. The individual should also have the ability to manage and communicate effectively with drivers while ensuring smooth truck planning for customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and schedule trips in advance
- Communicate and coordinate with drivers
- Communicate with Customers and Agents
- Assist in tracking truck movements and preparing reports
- Maintain accurate trip and driver records
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Computer knowledge: Spreadsheets (Excel), email, and basic office tools
- Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping abilities
