Digital Growth & Engagement Specialist

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration, communication, information technology, computer science or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, customer service, sales, telesales or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow digital channels, including app registrations, downloads, active users and digital adoption through targeted acquisition initiatives.
• Drive initiatives that increase customer engagement, frequency of usage, retention and conversion across digital platforms using customer insights and behavioral data.
• Design and manage customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, upselling, retention and win-back, ensuring relevant and timely customer interactions.
• Monitor and analyze digital KPIs including registrations, MAU, conversion, engagement, retention, campaign response and revenue contribution, translating insights into actionable improvements.

Skills and competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, good listener, team player, and positive attitude is necessary.
• Sound understanding of telecommunications products and services, including voice and data bundles, airtime, and Value-Added Services (VAS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
