Job Overview

The Cyber Security Pre-Sales Executive will combine technical cyber security expertise with business and communication skills to understand customer challenges and recommend suitable security solutions.

The role requires someone who can translate complex security requirements into practical business solutions while supporting sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Cyber Security Solution Advisory

The successful candidate will:

Advise the sales team on positioning cyber security solutions.

Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organizations.

Develop customer-specific cyber security strategies and business plans.

Act as a trusted cyber security advisor to clients.

Technical Consulting and Solution Design

Responsibilities include:

Analyze customer technical and business challenges.

Recommend suitable cyber security solutions.

Design customized security solutions.

Support technology selection and solution planning.

Conduct Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis.

Customer Engagement and Business Development

The candidate will:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Convert customer requirements into practical service packages.

Support business growth opportunities.

Maintain and grow the cyber security sales pipeline.

Proposals, Tenders and Presentations

Duties include:

Responding to customer tender requests.

Preparing customized proposals and technical offers.

Delivering cyber security presentations.

Conducting product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions.

Security Assessment and Reporting

The role will also involve:

Conducting cyber security vulnerability assessments.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Applicants should have:

Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Postgraduate qualification in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in:

Cyber Security

Pre-Sales Engineering

Technical Consulting

Solution Architecture

ICT Solution Sales

Additional skills required:

Strong cyber security solution design abilities.
