Commission Specialist

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, finance or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in data analysis, system analysis or business analysis, with experience working on financial systems and extracting or applying information for business advantage.

Responsibilities

• Commission Processing: Calculate and process commissions accurately for all sales channels in line with approved incentive schemes.
• Data Management - Maintain accurate sales, performance, and commission records to support timely and error-free payments.
• Compliance & Audit - Ensure commission payments comply with policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Reporting & Analysis - Prepare commission reports and provide insights on performance trends and incentive effectiveness.
• Dispute Resolution - Resolve commission-related queries and discrepancies promptly through stakeholder collaboration.
• Plan Optimization - Review and recommend improvements to commission structures to drive performance and business growth.

Skills and competencies

• SQL and Database Management (proficiency in SQL Server, Postgres, DB2, Oracle, MySQL)
• Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools
• Knowledge in Data science new methods (includes but not limited to Machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data visualization, Big Data)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
