B2B Operations Manager

Qualifications and experience

• University degree in computer, electrical or telecommunications engineering, or related areas.
• MBA or master's in science is an added advantage.
• 5+ years' experience in network operations.
• Knowledge of network management systems for network monitoring.

Responsibilities

• B2B Operations Management - Lead and oversee B2B network operations and maintenance to ensure service availability, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Network Performance & Incident Management - Monitor network performance, manage incidents, and drive timely resolution of faults to minimize customer impact.
• Change & Service Assurance - Govern network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities to ensure service continuity and risk mitigation.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management - Manage vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure SLA compliance and effective service delivery.
• Operational Governance & Reporting - Deliver operational reports, KPI tracking, risk assessments, and performance reviews to support business decisions.
• Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement - Lead, develop, and coach the operations team while driving process improvements, security compliance, and technology adoption.
